Arcanis Paul Magnuson
Emperor of the Dominion
Arcanis Magnuson was
born in the city of Dweomer. At a young age, his parents saw in him a great
potential for magic. His father, Paul, enrolled him in the schools for
the high magi when Arcanis was fifteen. By the time he was 19, Arcanis
was a full-fledged High Magus. It didn't take long for him to become disillusioned
with Dweomer and the policies of the 3 Brothers.
Arcanis gathered his scant
possessions, bid his parents and younger brother good-bye and left to seek
his place in the universe. 3 years and many adventures later, he met Azhreia
and her sister Dorian. Not to long after, plans were laid for the construction
of his starship, the Arc Angel. An a scant 6 months after that, He took
the title of Emperor of the Dominion, which covered 2 space stations and
3 starships. In the 36 years since, he has worked hard to make sure the
Dominion reached its fullest potential.

suit of nondescript armor painted black.
Disposition: Arc is friendly and
sincere. He is a man of his word and honors that word until the other breaks
it. He is protective of those who can’t defend themselves and
will go to great lengths to help others. For this reason has he founded
the Dominion. He is cool under fire and acts when needful, either with
technology or spell. He is a faithful friend. When facing the enemy, he
will show little mercy or compassion to those who willingly harm children
or the weak.

on the battlefield with only regard for her safety and that of her comrades-in-arms
and any innocents she is protecting. She is not above bounty hunting and
prefers it if she doesn’t have to bring them back alive. If you
are not in her circle of friends, do not provoke her. She has been known
to kill people for looking at her the wrong way.
She isn't without compassion
but maintains a very stoic appearance. At public gatherings, in spite of
her determination not to look like lady, she has all of the gracefulness
and manners of a Pre-Rifts southern belle. She gets to know a person before
she makes a decision about them unless they have done something to harm
her or her friends. At present, the only known confidant she has is her
long-time friend and partner, Arcanis Magnuson whom she calls, simply,
Arc.

Army
Zander Garanagar comes from a parallel
world of Rifts Earth. Liberated from the slave pens of Splynn, his military
mind came to fruitation in the early days of the Dominion. He was quick
to rise through the ranks and was soon made a 5-star general and made Commander
of the Dominion Armies.
