nope, just the normal startup screen.  if you want to juice it up, then you pay for the plugins and content (unless you know someone who's willing to share what he has )

Daz Studio is 1.3  they've released their scripting and plugin SDKs (the price tag o the plugin SDK is steeper then an 90 degree climb)

some of the plugins offered early on have been integrated into D|S

verison 1.3.1.0 has been out for a while, and there's some sweet plugins too.  The next release may have dynamic cloth support, based on rumors flying around http://www.daz3d.com
